A Positive Debut For Ryan Stone

He assisted on the games first goal en route to a 3-0 Falcons win. He had a number of chances that he couldn't quite pull the trigger on (courtesy of #44) and he also nearly connected on a nice feed cross ice to Schremp for a goal mouth tap in (it just deflected off the d-man).

Overall he had a solid but unspectacular game. He has some good size, seems to be an alright skater and he gets onto the tough areas on the ice. This was only from a single game so I'm far from drawing conclusions./expectations off of it, however he looks like a decent player.

Considering the circumstances, he played a pretty good game and looks like he could be one of the Falcons offensive leaders. HUGE win by Springfield tonight, hopefully they can build off of it and beat Lowell again on Monday.

No problem! Stone added his first goal in Springfield today as well. 1-1-2 in 2 games for Springfield thus far, and more importantly 2 wins in a row.
