Day 2 Behind Enemy Lines

I must be losing it because the once clearly distinguishable lines are fading fast. It's almost as if I'm meeting nice people on the Leafs board, maybe they're just screwing with me before running my ass off of the HF Leafs board faster than the running of the Bulls in Spain?

Rob Schremp is a topic on the board, a fear of another team cashing in on a possible lottery pick if things go wrong, a lot of solid defensemen but no clear superstar forward. Vets possibly getting displaced by cheaper rookies and young players, it's deja vu all over again.

Some fans want to be rid of me, yet others seem to enjoy my jokes much like HF Oil used to before I used the same ones over and over a thousand times. Hell I even gave relationship advice and actually CARED about a Leafs fans feelings. Shoot me now, it wasn't supposed to be like this, the Toronto Maple Leafs are the evil empire, no, no they're not!

The sickest thing about it all, is that some of the fans remind me of Oilers fans, except they don't mis-spell their words like THE VAGABOND, they don't ride bicycles like Replacement, and they don't scream like little girls when confronted with a picture of a spider like Cloned does.

Somebody please, please help me, why have you forsaken me Robbie Schremp and HF Oil?

GO LEAFS GO!

Although im not a leaf fan by any means, it should be worth mentioning that last year they were still in the top 10 in scoring. It should be interesting to see if Kessel can fit better than Antropov and Moore did. I would say that their defence and goaltending has improved as well since last year. So if they can put it all together they might push for a playoff spot this year.

Want forsaking? Try having Lindros sign with the Leafs and being in confusion an entire season to cheer for Toronto willingly...

At least in Long Island you can still respect yourself for following the Schremp.

RD, that's harsh man! I agree, I am glad that Schremp went to the Island hopefully he does something with this opportunity. IMO he will as long as he's given the green light to go out there and play.

I have no doubt he'll thrive in NY. He'll actually be given a chance to play, some PP time with Tavares and Okposo.

Now I'll actually have a reason to watch the Isles play, I still like Schremp and want to see him make the Oilers look stupid, as Ryan Stone fucks up.
