My take on the game I only caught it from the mid way mark of the 1st to the end.
So far Seguin went crashing into the net on a 2 on 1, has thrown a couple of insignificant checks, has done decent in the dot, and has played pretty solidly defensively with his stick.
Hall won an offensive zone draw against Seguin after his coach tried to go away from that matchup in the defensive zone. Hall with a very nice and quick backhand pass into the slot for a quality chance for his linemate.
2nd period
Seguin fans on a onetimer and then backchecks his ass off. He gets to the net quickly on a 2 on 1 but the pass doesn't connect. Seguin draws an interference penalty. Seguin showing great puck distribution on the PP including nice plays off the boards when he gets pressured he also had a shot blocked in the slot and misses a bad angle shot that he ripped. Seguin takes inside position chasing down a dump in against Fowler he gets the puck but then gets double teamed and loses the puck. Seguin seems to get to the front of the net at will on odd man breaks. Seguin with an ill advised backhand pass on a rush it got intercepted by Hall and ended up a 3 on 2 and a sog by Hall. Draws a high sticking call that was an elbow. He batted a cross ice pass out of mid air and put it on net for a chance.
Hall goes to the RW side of the net (his office) and scores a nice goal in tight off of a Ryan Ellis slap pass. Hall runs into a Plymouth point man on a Plymouth PP, both go down but the puck was cleared. Hall started a 3 on 2 by picking off a bad Seguin pass and got the puck back for a shot. Hall takes an offensive zone draw against Seguin, they tie up and Henrique gathers the puck. Hall took maybe 3 or 4 draws in the period and did well for himself with them.
3rd Period
Seguin intercepts a cross ice pass with his skate and leads a 2 on 1 and passes it to his linemate for a quality shot. Seguin joins the zone as the trailer takes the pass and lets a big shot go, big time glove save by Windsor's goalie. Seguin shooting every chance that he gets as Windsor is playing him very close. Seguin picks up a loose puck in the middle of the ice and carries it in and lets a shot go. Seguin shadows Hall as Hall carries the puck around the back of the net
Hall cuts across the ice from left to right, falls but drops a pass for Mitchell who scores of a very nice shot from the slot. Hall wasn't getting much ice time in the 3rd despite the game being within 2 goals the whole time. He was playing more when the game became a 1 goal game again.
